Cancellations
Cancellation charges vary from property to property – it is your responsibility to check the terms that apply to your chosen apartment. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, please give us written notice of such cancellation as soon as possible, and provided that such cancellation complies with the cancellation policy applicable to Aurora inn service apartment, we will refund your deposit.
If any cancellation you make does not comply with the cancellation policy applicable to chosen apartment, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking. A refund may be made at the discretion of the apartment’s owner or operator but neither they nor we are under any obligation to do so. No refunds will be in the event of a failure to arrive, any late arrival or any early departure. Clients are recommended to take out adequate travel insurance.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please reply to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein, use our self-service tool, or contact Customer Service.
Any cancellations, changes, refunds and no-shows to your Confirmed Booking are subject to the applicable booking conditions, including any additional fees that may be imposed towards your stay. You should read our Refund Policy, the cancellation and no-show policies of the relevant booking conditions for your selected reservation carefully prior to making your booking. Please be advised that certain reservations may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, and/or non- changeable
Aurora inn reserves the right to charge a cancellation and/or modification fee on behalf of norms of serviced apartments, up to the full cost of the reservation, for any cancellation or modification by you of a Confirmed Booking, and such fees will be indicated on our Platform.
Cancellation or Changes to your booking by us
• In the unlikely event we have to cancel or make a change to your accommodation we will use all reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible to explain what has happened and to inform you of the cancellation or the change. If possible we will offer alternatives but should these alternatives be unacceptable to you the booking will be treated as cancelled and we will refund any money you have paid to us within 30 days of any cancellation.
• We shall not be liable for changes, cancellations or any other effect on your booking due to events beyond our control (force majeure). In these Conditions “force majeure” means any event or consequences thereof which could not have been reasonably avoided, by us even with the exercise of all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or manmade disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control.
• If you wish to alter your booking, we will use our best efforts to accommodate your requirements, however, you will be obliged to pay any additional expenses incurred as a result of alteration. In addition, we may charge, at our discretion, an amendment fee to cover the necessary administrative costs incurred.
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged except if it is stated any different at the time of booking
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
• No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
• If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will not be refunded 1.4% (of the total booking) credit card fees which is included in the price when you made the booking.
• Your Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of Advance Payment, if Advance Payment is not received within 7 Days before arrival, then your booking will be cancelled automatically
• Advance Payments for bookings under the best available rate are not refundable as bookings are confirmed and inventory is blocked after receipt of this payment.
• Your Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of Advance Payment, if Advance Payment is not received on or before arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled automatically. All payments are non-refundable. Receipts & Invoices will be provided for all payments & bookings.
• No other Cancellation or Pre-Payment policy will supersede this above stated Policies unless otherwise specified clearly over email by our hospitality Team. In the event that a guest needs to check out prior to the agreed departure date, we will use our best endeavors to obtain a refund of accommodation charges for the remainder of the stay. However, any refund will be subject to the apartment being re-let and may be subject to a cancellation charge. All such exceptional refunds are solely at the discretion of management and will only be applicable if confirmed in writing by us over email.
